Below is an award winning short film script I wrote and several TV series I’ve created & written (and their accompanying pitch documents) that are all in various stages of development.
Mission Brown is a short film based on a story by my close friend Lisa Defazio. It was nominated for ‘Best Comedy’ and won ‘Best International Screenplay’ at The Atlanta Women’s Film Festival. It was also awarded an Honorable Mention at The New Wave Short Film Festival and was a Semi-Finalist at the Hollywood Just4Shorts Film & Screenplay Competition and The Changing Face International Film Festival.
Lost Aussie Legends
Lost Aussie Legends is an absurd Australian comedy series of six separate (and totally made up) half our stories about some offbeat Aussie pioneers who never quite made it into the history books.
The Robotoids is a 30 minute animated series that follows the misadventures of Oliver, a neurotic ex-insurance salesman, his hard-drinking mutant friend Doug and gung-ho human resistance fighter Jennifer Cho, as they do their best to survive in a post-apocalyptic world ruled by machines.
Sweeney Creek is a 6 x 1 hour comedy, drama, horror series. On the eve of turning 40 a frustrated stay-at-home Dad discovers he’s a superhero who must fight a horde of mythical creatures while, at the same time, dealing with his ongoing midlife crisis.
The Branch is a 6 x 30-minute sitcom that follows the lives of workers at a suburban branch of the (fictitious) National Australia Savings Bank amid the backdrop of looming closures and the royal commission into banking. Created and written by Declan Fay, Jason Marion, Terri Psiakis, and myself.
